Refund Policy (Courses)

1. Refund Eligibility

– Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchasing the course and will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.

– Requests made 48 hours before the start of the course qualify for a 50% refund.

– Requests made 24 hours or less before the course begins are not eligible for a refund.

– Refunds will only be processed if the student has not accessed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded exclusive materials.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email info@eztaxtogo.com with the following information:

– Full name of the student

– Enrollment date

– Reason for the request

Requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.

3. Exceptions and Restrictions

– No refunds will be issued for completed courses or if the student has already received a certificate.

– Refunds do not apply to special promotions, discounted courses, or bundled packages that include additional products or services.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider but generally do not exceed 10 business days.

5. Credit Option

As an alternative to a refund, we offer the option to issue a credit equivalent to the value of the course for future enrollments or services.
